Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee on air purifiers. Use your purifier at home for up to 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, return it for a refund. EU customers also keep their statutory 14-day cooling-off right.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@cleanairkits.eu within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We will send return instructions and the return address (Oxford, UK). Do not return items without approval.
Conditions
- The purifier must be returned in good, working condition — not broken or damaged — with all parts, the power supply and any accessories included.
- Pack it carefully, ideally in the original box. Damage caused by poor packaging in transit is not covered.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Filters are not returnable
For hygiene reasons, filters are not accepted for return once opened or used. Please keep or dispose of them. If your purifier was sold with filters included, the current listed price of those filters in our shop is deducted from the refund. Replacement filters bought separately are non-returnable once opened.
Exchanges
Within 30 days you may exchange for another model that uses the same filter size. Only shipping costs apply.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return. If 15 business days pass without a refund, contact us at hello@cleanairkits.eu.
