Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off right.

How to start a return

Email us at cleanairkitseurope@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions and the return address (Oxford, UK).
Do not return items without approval.

Conditions

Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Filter hygiene fee

Opened and used filters cannot be returned. A £69 hygiene disposal fee applies for opened or used filters.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection.
