How long does UK delivery take?

2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched same day.

Is delivery free?

Yes — free UK delivery on all our air purifiers, dispatched from our Oxford warehouse in 2–3 days.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Oxford, UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Order page.

Products & Usage

Which Luggable should I choose?

It depends on your room size and finish preference:

  • 5-Fan — from £279: Up to ~35 m² (≈375 sq ft). Ideal for bedrooms, home offices, and smaller living rooms. Available in Blanc (white acrylic) and Obsidian (black acrylic).
  • 7-Fan XL — from £299: Up to 50 m² (≈540 sq ft). Our most powerful model, and the one most people should buy — best for living rooms, large bedrooms, open-plan spaces, and classrooms. Available in Blanc, Obsidian and Cherry tree (warm wood-effect), all at the same price.
  • Carbon (4-Fan) — £289: Adds an activated-carbon stage for cooking smells, smoke and VOCs. Suits kitchens and rooms up to about 25 m².

What is CADR and why does it matter?

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) measures how much filtered air a purifier produces per hour — higher is better.

  • 5-Fan: 359 m³/h — rooms up to ~35 m² (≈375 sq ft)
  • 7-Fan XL: 622 m³/h PM2.5 CADR — rooms up to 50 m² (≈540 sq ft)

Both figures are independently tested by Intertek. Our 7-Fan XL achieves an IEF of 26.2 — #1 of 247 on the ENERGY STAR database, making it the most energy-efficient purifier listed.

What does it cost to run?

Very little. The 7-Fan XL draws about 14 W — roughly 6p a day, about £21 a year. The 5-Fan draws about 8 W — roughly 3p a day, about £12 a year. A typical HEPA tower uses 50–150 W for the same clean air.

How loud are your air purifiers?

The Luggable XL Ultra operates at just 35dB on maximum — quieter than a library. Most customers run them overnight without any sleep disturbance.

How often should I replace the filters?

Every 6–12 months depending on usage and air quality. If you have pets or allergies, every 4–6 months is better. We stock replacement filters in our store — 3M Filtrete MPR 1900–2200 series.

Do your purifiers help with hay fever?

Yes. MERV-13 filtration captures pollen, dust and fine particles down to 0.3 microns in a single pass. Many UK customers report significant improvement in hay fever symptoms within days, especially when running a unit in the bedroom at night.

Are your purifiers safe for pets?

Absolutely. Our purifiers use purely mechanical filtration — no ozone, UV, or ionisers. Safe for all pets including birds, which are particularly sensitive to air quality.

What is your return policy?

14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law, plus our own 30-day money-back guarantee. Return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. See full returns policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at support@cleanairkits.eu with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video if possible

We'll troubleshoot with you and arrange a replacement if needed.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Clean Air Kits come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects and malfunctions.

UK prices carry no VAT (we are not VAT-registered) — no VAT or duties for UK buyers. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges at checkout.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Through Shop Pay, you can split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Select Shop Pay at checkout to see available options.
