Hygiene Exclusion — Filters
For hygiene reasons, opened or used filters cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened filters in their original sealed packaging are fully returnable.

- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (unused condition)
- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Warranty
All Clean Air Kits air purifiers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Consumable parts (such as filters) are excluded.
